  • In the search field, enter office.

 Select the items that are named Microsoft Function Identities Cache ii and Microsoft Office Identities Settings 2, and then press Delete. In some situations, they are Microsoft Office Identities Cache 3 and Microsoft Part Identities Settings 3.

  • Quit Keychain Access.

  • Navigate to <Your Username>Library > Grouping Containers.

  • Find the folders below and move them to Trash.

  1. UBF8T346G9.ms

  2. UBF8T346G9.Function

  3. UBF8T346G9.OfficeOsfWebHost

1. my proxies page had "apply passive ftp mode" checked, then i unchecked it. did not change anything. nothing else was checked

2. i signed on online with no problem. my account renewed for i year in feb

3. i tin't find whatsoever com.microsoft.30 files anywhere. i have a bunch of com.apple.30 files, only zero microsoft. at least not where it's proverb to expect. i ran a search of the computer for it, and zippo comes dorsum. basically, i can't notice annihilation in step 3 that'southward on my calculator

i also tried to download office from the apple tree store to see if reinstalling would help. information technology would non download considering it said my Os was too old (10.11.vi, which is latest my mac mini will have). but word worked for me on midweek. so i don't call up the age of my computer is the problem.

i'm now three days without being able to apply this thing for which i pay $100/year the way i want to use it. i have engaged support on twitter as well. (i understand i tin get work online; not the point). this feels similar a problem that shouldn't exist, and one that should take been easy to fix if it must. my patience is waning

Since your subscription appears to be normal, we kindly suggest you lot using the license removal tool to remove the license files on your Mac.

After you remove the license files completely, delight resign in your Office.

I have been having the same issue. Information technology is incredibly frustrating that I tin can't speak to anyone at support to assistance me resolve this issue and none of the forums/online support is useful either!

I'grand having the same problem. Volition effort the steps in a higher place that I haven't already attempted. Very frustrating. Life's besides busy for this kind of time wasting rubbish which is why I ditched windows and got a Mac

This is cool. I've been paying for this subscription for years in case I e'er needed to admission Word from my personal calculator. I tin log-in to my Function subscription here through a browser and my internet connection is fine. Why tin't I "actuate" the Word App on my desktop - THAT I PAY FOR??? EVERY MONTH???

I desire the months of subscription fees refunded!!!

I'g also having the same problem (on Minecraft), it happened to 2 of my accounts of which I forgot the e-mail and password and then I had to create a brand new business relationship to play, is in that location anyway to set this? I am on ps4
